Lassiter Mill · Raleigh · New construction · Completed May 2025
A butterfly-patterned ceiling and crystal chandelier give this Lassiter Mill bathroom an unmistakable point of view. Crisp white cabinetry and softly veined surfaces bring balance to a space filled with character.
More than a standard finish.
Created as part of a new-construction project in Raleigh’s Lassiter Mill area, this bathroom pairs practical features with expressive details. The vanity includes a seated makeup area, while tall cabinetry provides storage alongside the bathing space.
Layered crown molding frames the patterned ceiling. Below, a built-in tub sits beneath the window, with the glass-enclosed shower beside it. The result feels cohesive while leaving room for the homeowner’s individual style.
Details that reward a second look.
The shower combines large-format, marble-look wall tile with a contrasting mosaic floor. A curved corner bench repeats the mosaic detail along its face, adding another layer of texture.
A rain showerhead and handheld fixture sit within the glass enclosure, while the surrounding white surfaces keep the room feeling bright and connected.
